Honestly don't understand why this place even has negative stars because I love coming here. The waitresses are amazing, super funny and helpful. The food is always good and it's always a fun vibe. You can be with family friends or even alone and you'll still enjoy coming here (in my opinion). Everything is reasonably priced and the fact that you can dine in now is just great. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
Amazing place never disappoints. I have been here for dinner, happy hour, and brunch... all have been awesome! Everything is just perfect from food to service to ambiance. As soon as my friends and I walk in, we are greeted with smiles and are taken to our table. They have a wide variety of dishes on their menu that cater to various dietary preferences. They also offer take out option which is easy and smooth. The establishment is always clean. Their outdoor setup is warm and cozy, it's large enough for me to always find a spot to sit even when walking in with a large party. I was pleased with the precautions I saw the staff taking - they all wore masks and kept the place sanitized. The staff is always super nice and they always prioritize the customers! Trust me you will never feel neglected when dinning at La Nueva Estrella. The food is delicious. The food always comes out nice and hot. This time was no different. We waited for it to cool down a bit before we started eating. This time I order a mofongo and my cousin order some wings and fries. The mofongo was very tasty and well-seasoned most importantly not dry. You can tell its was freshly made. The wings came with a side of ranch or blue cheese. The wings were great, the sweet bbq sauce was very savory. Their fries are golden and crispy good enough to eat with just ketchup. As far as the drinks. you get your money's worth. They are strong but still taste good. They have a new special drink called "The formula" it contains Casamigo tequila and Hennessy ... yes you read that correctly. I was a bit scared of the taste but just had to give a try and wow was I amazed! I highly recommend everyone come to this place you will simply enjoy it! I personally can't wait to return.
